The BLM is rounding up herds at an alarming rate and stockpiling herds in longterm holding facilities at the taxpayers expense (now with over 40,000 horses in LTH facilities), claiming the horses are in poor condition due to lack of feed...HUH? The only horse I saw showing any sign of starvation was one aging bachelor who I viewed from a distance, who was obviously nearing his end, living out his last few days free and wild as he lived his life.
