Israel Ramat David Open Day 9 May 2019

Independence Day Celebrations in Israel means that many military bases open the doors, Ramat David was no exception.
As a non Israeli, we had to stay together as a group and be introduced to security by our Israeli guide. Once security had checked our bags and camera’s, we were in the base and ready to enjoy the show.

The reason for the short stay was to enjoy the static exhibits, as well as the preserved aircraft around the field and finally the flypast, which was to take place around 1130hrs.
