Finland Jyvaskyla-Tikkakoski~Lansi-Suomi 16 June 2018

After leaving Halli, we took the 90 minute journey towards our final destination and hotel for the night.
Our target here was the museum, Keski-Suomen Ilmailumuseo at the military base at Jyvaskyla-Tikkakoski~Lansi-Suomi.
This airfield was also where the Finnish Air Force 100 year anniversary celebrations was to take place. In fact we saw a few flights as we arrived at the museum. Unfortunately the remainder of the days display was cut short, as one of the Finnish hawks had burst a tyre on landing.
The museum was staying open a lot longer than usual as they did expect a lot of visitors, in fact it was going to be open until 2200hrs, so no rush to view the exhibits was required.
