Finland Helsinki-City~Etela-Suomi 19 June 2018

This was our final day and we still had a few places to go to visit in Helsinki.
First up on the list was downtown Helsinki for a MiG-21 on a department store roof.
It is actually displayed the 7th floor roof of electronics shop Verkkokauppa.com on Tyynenmerenkatu in Southern Helsinki.

Access to the exhibit does not open until 0900hrs and the dedicated lift will not work till that time.
Even if you are not too bothered about the exhibit, the view of Helsinki is quite stunning.
The modern art sculpture near the shop entrance is also very strange.........
