The third day and our plan was a fairly long walk. Take the metro to Piazza del Popolo, then South towards the Trevi Fountain, across to the Piazza Navona and then the Pantheon. We would then start to head East across the city for another visit in the Coloseum and Foro Romano area before a final push towards our hotel..... a very long enjoyable day with plenty of exercise!
