Skegness Summer Saturday

With my penchant for photographing signalboxes, I made some glaring errors years ago! This shot is a case in point, only getting half of Skegness 'box in the frame.
At least it's still there - just not likely to get a pair of 20s on a Summer Saturday working next to it ever again.
A varied traction summer Saturday visit to Lincolshire's premier holiday destination saw me take 40001 from Manchester to Skeggy on the 0815 ex Piccadilly. The 20's were taken back to Derby for a DMU to Crewe, a 47 to Chester and then 40013 to Carnforth on a return Shrewsbury to Maryport ADEX.
