In the period of the First Czechoslovak Republic the hall served as a luxury cabaret for the Prague´s cream of society.
It is one of the mythical places in Prague where the great parties and shows with dinner were regularly held until the beginning
of the communism era.
It was frequently visited by T.G.Masaryk, President of the First Czechoslovak Republic as well as the then United States Ambassador in Prague.
An evening to enjoy the Musical ensemble "Amadeus Prague", formed by two opera singers and instrumentalists from the Bennewitz Quartet, Salzburg Chamber Soloists and the Czech Philharmonic, who perform their art in period costumes.
