Tin Sheets

After being told that they would receive 12 sheets per household (and travelling back and forth to the distribution center for 4 days), villagers in this village finally received only 3 each. The sheets--as all the sheets in this area--were 12 guage (that's as thick as thin cardboard) and virtually unusable as roofing material. The story was the same in villages above 5000 feet, although people there did get more sheets. All the tin-sheets distribution where we were was being carried out by a single INGO...
