Five Over Par

The highlight shot from the two day trip was catching the outbound 7C20, the 07.56 Sellafield to Drigg LLW Repository, seen here approaching Seascale having been "bagged" already by the ensembled throng of five on the hill above the golf course. I believe Terry was out yonder too, securing a very nice side-on shot. 37612 and 37606 are the loco's trailing 10 wagons. The Sellafield Power Station is prominent in this view.

This working carries low level waste for the secure repository next to Drigg Station, a very short trip of just 3 miles, and pretty infrequent too, so it was a stroke of luck it ran on day 2 of our visit to the Cumbrian Coast Line. Thursday, 30.6.16.

I'm also indebted to Adrian for lending me his spare camera for Day 2, as the Nikon had expired the previous day.
