The scene of the mistep
I was looking for Christmas Trees and naturally finding waterfalls, On the way back to the truck I did the sideways splits on the hillside after this shot. Just ripped my groin. Very painful and hobbled my way to my truck. It has been a long month. Swollen leg,the ugliest bruise from my hip to my toes. I couldn't put my shoe on for two days, BUT all is normal now and ready to get back out ,but at a less aggressive pace for a while yet.
