A Storm Clears - Steptoe Butte, Washington
It's been over a month since my last post here. Between turning 40 (happy birthday to me!) while traveling through Iceland for 2 weeks (it was a blast!), then having camera woes and dealing with insurance companies (boo!), and coming home to one of my pet cats almost on her death bed (she's doing ok now, but the prognosis is not good), I have been on an emotional roller coaster ride.
So, I am hopping back aboard the social media train, and I hope to post a few new images for you. Thank you for your support!
This is an image from Steptoe Butte State Park. The thunderstorms that were enveloping this area earlier in the evening had subsided long enough to make it a good choice to capture the sun as it set through the storm clouds.
