Redesign 4

Added a wallpaper styled pattern to the background and a solid header background color. Built the three sub columns, still not sure what the copy content will be so I just made it up, it will probably change. Overall giving everything a bit more depth. Am I headed in the right direction, I didn't want to add too much detail, but it felt too flat without any shadows or other details.
