How many photos can I submit and what are the general submission rules?
You can submit up to five (5) images to the group. Only original photos taken by you and tagged with one of the following category tags: WPD25Nature, WPD25People, WPD25Animals, WPD25Open, or WPD25Urban - depending on which category or categories you are entering - will be considered valid entries.
You may NOT enter the same image into more than one category (meaning you may not tag the same image with more than one category tag).

Submissions will be accepted from August 8 to August 25th, 2025 9:00pm PT

*Please be mindful when selecting photos to submit. Repeatedly adding and removing your images with the sole purpose of increasing views may get you banned from the contest.

You must add your images to the photo pool for it to qualify as an official submission for the contest.

What are the contest categories?

Earth Unfiltered: (WPD25Nature) Show us your view of the world around you. Aerial, Landscapes, Seascapes, Waterscapes, Astrophotography and more.

Wild at Heart: (WPD25People) Portrait, People, Children, Documentary.

Animal Kingdom: (WPD25Animals) This category is focused on wildlife, pets and insects.

Built Environment: (WPD25Urban) Still Life, Urban Landscapes, City Life, Street Art.

Off the Map: (WPD25Open) Open category, types of photography not covered by other categories.
