Ministrie's CL415 's scooping up water off the North End of Thunder Bay's Inner Harbour to drop on fires on the west end of the City by Hwy 130 . Believed to have been started by Hot Boxes on a passing freight train on the CPKC railway right of way . The fires are near the Thunder Bay Airport so the Water Bombers had to give it and it's approaches a wide birth while dropping and collecting water on the fire .
