Need some help with I D . This bird was picking up bugs etc in the parking lot across the street. It was side by side with a Black crow. A passing walker with a dog flushed them up before could see clearly and get a decent photo and both took off together. Although it looks like a young seagull or even a pidgeon I think it is a Leucistic Crow because of its partner. I'm hoping they will be back to feed and I can get a better photo.
