1200 ft across and up the bank on the other side of Nipigon River with a Sigma 150-500mm F5-6.3 DG OS

A leucistic bald eagle, photographed on the Nipigon River in early November 2020; The condition is very rare in raptors, occurring in about one per 1,800 birds. The bald eagle has a snowy or blonde appearance, but it's the result of leucism, a genetic flaw that steals the color from some feathers.
