Canton Railroad recently took delivery of a second Knoxville Locomotive Works NZE15B. CTN 1987 is numbered to commemorate the year the State of Maryland took control of the railroad which serves the port and industrial areas in southeast Baltimore. It joins 1906, numbered with the year the railroad was formed.
