Ms. Colombia - St. Patrick's Day NYC
In NYC it's not a parade unless Ms. Colombia is there! I've shot her many times over the years - at the Chinese New Year Parade, Puerto Rican Day Parade, Mermaid Parade, Gay Pride Parade... the list goes one. Eccentric? Sure, but that's the point. In NYC this is what passes for "Local Color". Top that Topeka!
p.s. She also describes herself as 'Lady Gaga's Fairy Godmother'. Sounds about right.
