Joe Strummer Mural - "The Future Is Unwritten" / "Know Your Rights!"
Joe Strummer was the lead singer and guitarist of the British punk band The Clash. His bands' lyrics were full of messages and themes about social decay, unemployment, racism, police brutality, political & social repression, militarism and anarchism.
After The Clash broke up in the mid 80's Joe went on to form Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros and to play with The Pogues. He was actively involved in music and civil rights his entire life all the way up to his premature death in 2002 at the early age of 50.

Although it was made after the band had begun to see considerable success and a is bit more pop sounding than some of their other revolution rock songs, it's a great song and video.
