Government Bridge / Arsenal Bridge - Nicely Lined Up

I was surprised when I looked at this on my computer - this is pretty dang close to lined up. Not perfectly - I detect a little non-alignment. But dang! And particularly since it's a moving object. Yes, this bridge is moving. See the previous picture for a wider angle to show the bridge at a different point in the swing.
