Coyote Wall Columbia Gorge 9104 D
Coyote Wall and roads overlooking the Columbia River Gorge in Klickitat County in Washington State.
The slope is caused by the Oregon side of the river pushing and uplifting the Washington side. The Gorge is very constricted here and during the Missoula Floods at the end of the last ice age, the river was backed-up to a depth of 950 feet.
