26 August 2014 - CAPT Andrew St. John, USN, JIATF West Chief of Staff and Senior Colonel Le Van Cau, Deputy Director General of Foreign Relations Department (FRD), Ministry of National Defense (MND). A delegation of Senior Colonel's from Vietnam's Ministry of National Defense stopped to visit with Joint Interagency Task Force West during their visit to Hawaii for meetings with U. S. Pacific Command.
