The Big Kahuna

This is the largest gem-quality Kunzite found at the Oceanview Mine, and most likely the largest ever found in the US. Mark Mauthner is holding it (very carefully!). Note the deep lavender-purple color even face-on. Looking down the c-axis it was so deep purple it was nearly opaque. This belongs in a museum--which one?
