Progression of ICM
To offer some insight into the image I ended up with (see next photo to the right), I am posting this composite progression of images taken of the fountain. You can see how adjustments were made to the first photo (shot at 1/125) with camera movement, to the 3rd image shot at 1/6 second. The final image is simply a cropped version of the third image...
