vogue b&w
This is the first black and white conversion that I've attempted using the Photoshop CS3 Beta. The b&w adjustment layer feature is wonderful. There's any eyedropper that you can click anywhere in the image and then the color slider that affects that tone will light up. For instance, I wanted the sky to be darker so I clicked on that and the blue slider lit up. Blue for the sky is kind of obvious, but oftentimes it's not. For the side panel marquees the yellow slider lit up. I wouldn't have guessed that one right away. Great new feature.
