Water Stamping
Hey everyone. I was thinking of this card last night instead of falling asleep. I first created the background with two colors of Distress inks, Scattered Straw and Fired Brick. Then I stamped the Friend Defenition background stamp in the Scattered Straw in on top. Then, while the ink was still wet, I stamped the Starburst Lace stamp all spritzed up with water. It made that gorgeous faded impression. Last I stamped the Silhouette Grass stamp on top with Brushed Courderoy Distress ink. The "Thanks" saying is stamped on some white paper that was inked up and then the greeting was heat embossed on top. I added it to a BG chipboard piece. Ribbon and gems were added last.
