Rotterdam Flickr-eye-tis Redux

When you get hooked on Flickr, you start looking at the world with different eyes.

The Rotterdam Flickr meetup group on December 29, 2007.

This is from the second Rotterdam Flickr meetup this month. During the previous one, on December 15, www.flickr.com/photos/45609060@N00 (not present this time) came with the idea to look up in amazement. Those takes did not make it, but I thought this would be a cool pose for another (and final) take on this idea.

I'm again not in this picture, unfortunately (holding the camera while balancing on my telescopic ladder). But if you see yourself, please add a note.

Leuk als je jezelf met een note aanwijst.

A shot of preparations for this photo can be found here in my alternate JeromesPOF stream

The first version (from the previous meetup) can be found here.

=============

I used a single, ETTL cord wired flash through a white umbrella, pointing down, above the subjects. The umbrella and flash were attached to a monopod (horizontally, like a fishing rod), ducttaped to the telescopic ladder that I was shooting from.

Meetup organizer rheachyr made this shot during preparations.
