167 "ALCHEMY" by Jensen Knives

167: Here you can see all of the layers and parts fully disassembled, including the internal structure of the knife: Damascus blade, Titanium tang wrap/handle core, two titanium “liners”, and the front top and bottom bolsters with their under layer. Even though this is a fixed blade knife, my construction method follows that of folding knives, and so I still use the same terminology, i.e. “liners”. This is the time to carefully De-Bur the bolster holes in all layers, as well as just give a light, flat rub on 320 grit sand paper to all of the parts. This will ensure that all the minor stuff, such as dirt, etc. is removed and that the parts are clean before reassembly. It is now time to tap (thread) the two bolster holes drilled thus far in all layers of the knife.
