116: I've setup the knife assembly on some 1" x 2" x 3" precision blocks on the worktable of the drill press. I prefer to get my work up as close as possible to the cutting tool; it minimizes mistakes. I'm using the drill bit to start the countersink in the Ti; this is just to quickly hog out the material. The slope of the funnel depression created by the drill bit is just slightly at a different angle than the slope of the underside of the screw head. I will remedy this soon.
