receipts from ONE purchase at verizon

i got a new phone from verizon (when i went in to get a headset?!) and these are all the receipts they gave me, for 1 phone. geez. i was somehow talked into getting an upgrade on a phone because they told me it would be $29.99 after rebates? not true. i told her that i had already gotten my upgrade, so after all the stuff she puts into the computer and gets ready to program the phone, then she says, "but you just got an upgrade last spring?" ...yes, i told her that already in the beginning? so basically she listened to nothing i told her. i ended up not paying $29.99 like she told me to begin with, but much much more...

 

and the phone stinks. don't buy it... i'm taking it back - the touchscreen samsung glyde. you have to beat on it to get it to respond. also the reception is terrible. i get like 1 bar in the house. my old env gets full reception. i have no idea what to get now. probably just go back to my old phone. or if i do get another phone, i hope it's not a lemon like this one is. i should have read the online reviews before i purchased this... but it was a spur of the moment purchase that day. verizon reps definitely know how to suck you in and get you to buy something when you only come in to buy an accessory for your phone :\
