Historic Former Masonic Temple Building
Taken on E. Main Steet in Madison, Indiana.
Madison has some very cool and swell maintained old buildings particularly along this section of Main Street a few blocks North of the Ohio River.
Since I noticed what looked like a Masonic logo on the center peak at roof level, I did as little research and found that the building was built by John Temperly with the corner stone dedicated on April 13, 1871 and was in deed a Masonic Temple. The public library once occupied the second floor.

Since I took this shot, the first floor houses "Wow! What A Find" an interior design service.
