Steampunk Character "Echo"

Taken at the International Steampunk Symposium held in the Eastgate0 Holiday Inn in Cincinnati, Ohio.

 

This shot reveals just how great Echo's entire getup was. She told us she had another costume and was going to change later. I don't know how she could beat this one.
