Egret Feeding

I often see this egret feeding in the Cataraqui Wetlands when I am cycling the K&P Trail which transects the wetlands.

 

There must be fish and frogs or he wouldn't hang out here.

 

In this photo, it looks like he is swallowing something. (I probably look a bit like this when trying to get my daily multivitamin to go down.)
