Tulip Time
As I keep noting, the only thing that is familiar this year is the rhythm of nature which seems unaffected.
Crocus have come and gone, daffodils followed the crocus and are still everywhere. The daffodils are now overlapped by tulips.
So much of the current news is disturbing - from health fears to toxic politics - but we still have nature's dependable cycle to provide beauty and optimism. If only we could do more to protect this fragile resource for the future.
