Dani's Cornbread
Dani has taken this tray of mini cornbread loaves out of the oven. She is busily baking to ensure a nonstop supply of this delicious treat at Adamson Barbecue in Toronto. Adamson is an informal Central Texas kind of place. It is located in an industrial warehouse where you don't use plates but eat directly from tables lined with butcher paper. (adamsonbarbecue.com).
She was very friendly and was pleased to hear how much we enjoyed the home-baked cornbread and sandwich bread.
Adamson is known for its slow cooked meats but with Dani at the ovens, the baked goods are not going to be overshadowed by the meat no matter how good it is.
