"Racism is a Disease. Stomp it Out"

He was repacking his backpack and tending to his dog in the doorway of an empty storefront. I had the impression he was living out of his backpack.

 

I told hiim I really liked the message on his jacket and he replied "I'm glad to hear that."

 

He was busy but when I said I'd like to take a photo he said "No problem," then wished me a good day when I thanked him.
