Depot at Central Avenue in Superior, Wisconsin on June 7, 1963
This view is looking north along the Northern Pacific's line at Central Avenue. The NP depot served both NP and GN passenger trains as the GN's depot at Central Avenue had long since disappeared in favor of using both the NP's tracks and their passenger depot too. The two-tone Chevy belonged to NP clerk, Clarence F. Sager who was working in the depot on this day. When there was a quiet moment, and no work needing to be done, he walked across Central Avenue and snapped this shot for us. Thanks, Clarence!
