I Like 'em Curvy!
Kevin was probably upset (though he didn't show it) when my alarm went off at 4:10am last week, but he went along willingly. We had a 45 minute drive to get to the south part of Imperial Dunes and have time to climb up to a good vantage point before the golden hour started. And we had good timing - this was one of the very first shots out of the bucket for me. And as you probably know about early morning shooting, the light was completely different just a few minutes later. This was a fun place to shoot - it's actually where they filmed some of the desert scenes on tatooine for the film Return of the Jedi. Definitely a place I want to get back to soon!
