Today I paid a visit to a new sim powered by Modrex code, using the now orphaned RealXtend 4.0 viewer.
ModRex is the fusion of RealXtend & OpenSim. It is reported to be fairly stable and you can build not forgetting it is alpha code. Open Sim is not even beat yet.
