There's a quiet area in the back of Westernland in Tokyo Disneyland that features a restaurant (The Lucky Nugget Cafe) and great river views like this. It's a bit like the awesome Hungry Bear in Disneyland's Critter Country in that its tucked away and on the water (Note: Tokyo Disneyland has a restaurant called Hungry Bear as well but it is completely different, focused on serving Japanese curry). Here the Lucky Nugget would be behind me, Westernland to the right, and Tom Sawyer Island across the water and to the left. I found both the Japanese Mark Twain Riverboat and especially Splash Mountain to be top notch. Tokyo's Splash Mountain is easily the definitive version of that attraction.
