FOW Tour - Fisher's Row 15th Street Wheeling

Friends of Wheeling were scheduled to tour 55 15th Street Wheeling, which is part of what used to be called Fisher's Row. We were lucky that the owner of the next 2 houses attended and let us see her houses, that are also being renovated. So overall we toured 3 of 4 houses in the row. This is a 'before' tour and we hope to get an 'after' tour later. These houses probably date back to before the Civil War.
