Intellicon HW+ Heat Manager
I installed this on my boiler after getting a recommendation from a friend in the HVAC business.

It senses whether the rate of water temp drop coming out of the boiler to determine if there is actually a heat load. If not, it does not let the boiler cycle.
It took me all of 90 minutes to install. Much of that because I replaced the 4x4 electrical box with a 2" deep one because of the extra wires.
After a day, it is reporting an 11.5% savings. At 10% savings would be at least 100g @ $278.9. That would result in it paying for itself in less than a year.
Even if it doesn't, it has a cool display, that's worth a couple $$, isn't it?
