Apple Dual-Link DVI to Mini-DisplayPort FAIL
My new "Unibody" Macbook Pro is connected to a Dell 30" monitor using the Apple Dual-Link DVI -> Mini-DP adapter. This happens almost every day. I have to unplug the DVI from the adapter and reconnect it for the display to re-init properly.
