Okay, I admit that the title is completely made up! Monty is actually a Princess Parrot that lives at the Bloedel Conservatory in Vancouver, BC. I was looking in the archives for a “Christmas” image when I came across this picture of Monty. He was one of my favourite models this year, I love his colouring and very sweet demeanor so he is now my Christmas Parrot for 2012!
As the seasonal festivities amp up I’ll be off for a week or so. I wanted to take this opportunity to wish all my contacts all the very best for the holidays. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and that the New Year ahead brings everyone wonderful weather, amazing captures and gear that never malfunctions or crashes!
