Surprise surprise... billing problems with VZW. Trying to charge me over 30.00 extra for "data usage" when I havent even USED data features on my phone. Took 1.5 hours, but I got them to reverse the charge AND fix their stupid billing problem. I had to go thruogh 5 people and waste my evening... oh well.
