Entree : Baked Red Snapper in Parchment with Rosemary, Rainbow Potatoes and Steamed Vegetables

 

Cheese Course : Brie with Honey Drizzle, Cantalet with Apple Slices, and Roquefort with Candied Walnuts.

 

Dessert : Apple-Berry Cobbler with Ice Cream
