Cape Petrels, Cape Gannets, and Black-browed Albatross form a vortex over food-rich waters. If you look really close, there's also at least one White-capped Albatross, and a few Brown Skuas and Kelp Gulls in the swarm. Atlantic Ocean, about 30 miles west of Cape Town, South Africa
