A red dragonfly sunbathing on the Boston Fern #2

Taken at the monsoon drain just outside our backyard. How blessed - managed to get 2 quick shots before it flew away!

Hehe...googled for hours and finally managed to identify this broad-bodied red dragonfly as Orthetrum testaceum testaceum (Burmeister, 1839).
