Overtime..
So about 5:30pm on Monday, the fire company shows up because the telephone pole had a small fire. They're not allowed to do anything, so they wait for the electric company to come. They show up about 20 minutes later.. So now its about 6 and they're just standing there. Its light rain and they don't even go on the buckets to check it out..
My family and I eat dinner and go on with our night. About 10pm I go out in my garage to play some acoustic guitar so i won't disturb the rest of my family.. (at this point its heavy rain with thunder and lightning off in the distance). I hear a loud pop and the power went out for brief moment. I look out my windows and see sparks. and then it does it again. and this time the power stays out.
Sow now its almost 11pm and these guys are out there in the pouring rain because they waiting 5 hours because they waited for the transformer to pop before doing any work. Then they collected overtime until 2am.
