Dark Night Rising
For a long time now I’ve loved shooting after dark and have recently begun to embrace a full moon as much as a perfect sunrise or sunset.
Incorporating the moon directly into my shot has been something I’ve wanted to do and this past weekend gave me the opportunity to finally try it.
This shot was taken on the Sunday night and was my first ever attempt at something like it. I was happy with how it turned out but not in love so I set out again the following night (look at my previous shot ‘moonlight’) to attempt it again but unfortunately the clouds had rolled in so for the time being this is my first and only attempt.
Never the less, it was fun to shoot and always fun to experiment.
Press “L” to view this large on black and, as always, thanks for looking.
